Let’s keep this blog hop party going! Kyle from Kinder SPED Adventures organized this awesome blog hop. This week we’re talking about Back to School Forms.
I’ll admit, this is not my strong suit. My district sends home SO MUCH PAPERWORK at the beginning of the year that I feel if I were to send something home it probably won’t be read. With that being said, there are a few things I do send home at the beginning of the year because they’re important to my program. These are the things I find important to send home immediately:
- Welcome Letter/Meet the Teacher
- Bathroom Clothing Request
- Reinforcement Survey
Make sure you hop back next week so you can see how I work with my paras!
Now hop over to Christine’s blog to see what she recommends for the beginning of the year!
I love your letter! Did you really go to CSU Chico? I did too π Your reinforcement survey is so cute too! Thanks!
I did go to CSU, Chico! Where will you be teaching? Excited to have found your blog!
I absolutely love the "fun facts" that you added on the bottom!
Thanks, girl!
I love your reinforcement survey! Thanks for sharing π
You're very welcome! I'm glad you can use it!
Thank you for the reinforcment survey I am creating a Introductory folder to give to each of my families when I hold the initial ARD. This will be one of the pages I will definitely included. You just made my task a little easier.
You're so welcome! I love hearing that someone else is actually using this stuff. π

Great blog! Thank you for sharing your reinforcement inventory. This will be great for me to take with me on home visits!
Thanks Diana! I'm so happy you can use it!
I love to do an introductory letter. I may make mine even a little more personal like yours. I like how you include fun facts about yourself!
