When I'm working in the classroom, I always like to step back and look at the picture and backwards map my plans so that every step we take is intentional.⭐️ I make sure I chunk those goals into smaller parts so we can target skills and build upon them⭐️ I communicate goals clearly with staff, families, and students so the plan is clear to everyone who works with students in our classroom⭐️ I take data and reflect on the chunks of learning we're working onThis is how I practice intentional planning in my classroom.
