Paragraph writing has become our JAM in my classroom. It wasn't an easy road though.My students have worked really hard to learn to write sentences and then I felt like we hit a plateau. It was becoming easy *yay!* but moving to the next step was difficult.I started scaffolding paragraph writing and using topics of interest and that QUICKLY changed in my classroom.
