I’m linking up with Kim again from Life Over Cs to share one of the multi sensory ways I teach letter formation to my students. My students learn to write letters through a few different ways, but students who struggle with basic formation are using Handwriting Without Tears. These students also have limited fine motor abilities. Taking stickers off the sheet allows my students to practice their fine motor sills. Students remove stickers and put them on letter outlines to practice the letter formation. For extra practice I also have my students say the letter name or sound each time they put a sticker on. Nothing wrong with a little repeated practice!
